It feels like visiting a park that opened a week ago. I reserved our room online but at check in they had us down for the wrong room and didnt have our children on the reservation. Then we had to wear 2 sets of wrist bands because they werent sure which ones would work. Our 4yo was in heaven at the waterpark, and just walking by the arcade by the arcade made him squeal. The staff was very friendly and helpful and this definitely added to the overall satisfaction of our stay. We had so much fun! We checked in around 4:30 and it took about 20 minutes. We were in a traditional room with bunk beds and it worked out great. The room was clean, there were lots of towels and it was very functional for our family. The only thing we saw that needed to be improved was the bathtub needs to be refinished. It was really scratched and made it appear dirty when it actually wasnt. The Waterpark canada goose uk shop was great! It was busy, but not overcrowded. The life guards were really attentive, which we appreciated. Our child is 4, and there was a good mix of activities that she could enjoy, without having things be too small or too big.
